Return and Refund Policy
We have high quality control standards to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition. However, return or exchange requests may still happen.
For non-quality reasons (such as choosing the wrong size, wrong product ,wrong color or customers just don't like it), customers may request a return within 15 days after receiving the item, but the product must be unused and in brand-new condition. Items with signs of use that affect resale will not be accepted for return.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return & Exchange Policy in Details:
1. Product has quality problems
Quality problems include inconsistent color, defective items, or items significantly different from our store images or description.
Customer should contact us within 3 days after delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or return.
If we confirm that it is our responsibility, we will provide a refund or replacement.
We will pay for the return or exchange shipping fee and tax.
2. Return / exchange of wrong size costume / wrong product
All costumes are produced in strict accordance with the size specifications on our website. Double check will be made before shipment.
All costumes are manually measured and 1–3 cm measurement error is acceptable, which is not considered a size problem.
If we deliver the customer the wrong size or wrong product, we accept return or exchange. Customer should contact us within 3 days after delivery and email us photos to support the claim.
If we confirm that it is our responsibility, we will provide a refund or exchange, and we will pay for the return shipping fee and tax.
If the customer chooses the wrong size, wrong product, or wrong color, the item may still be returned within 15 days after delivery, but the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
3. Missing Items
Missing items of your several order items or missing accessories.
We will check carefully before shipment to avoid such problems, but if this happens, customer should contact us within 3 days after delivery.
If we confirm that it is our responsibility, we will re-deliver the missing items or partially refund the price of the missing items, depending on your choice.
If you did not receive your order for a long time, please contact Service@jollycostume.com and we will contact the shipping company to confirm whether your parcel is in transit or lost.
If it is confirmed that your parcel is lost, you can request re-delivery or a full refund.
Return / Exchange (if applicable) Steps

Email us (Service@jollycostume.com) to receive the return / exchange form, fill it and send it back to us.

Print the filled return / exchange form, or write down the information on a clean paper if printing is not convenient. Pack it with the item(s) into the original packaging.

Send the package back via local post service or regular mail service, and email us the tracking information after you ship the package.

Once your return package reaches us, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Reminder: Before returning items, please make sure your return request is approved by us.
Return Shipping
Return items must be approved by our customer service before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Service@jollycostume.com to request return authorization.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions via email.
Note: Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as we may not be able to process unauthorized returns.
